Hi all, this forum is IT, I'm very glad as I've been looking for it for a long time
I do some machine building programming myself and I've caught myself thinking that I hardly ever rest. How often do you go on holiday? And the interesting thing is, I find it a problem - I want to go somewhere - and I'm too lazy at the same time...

Yes I travel, I also used to think about it and came to the conclusion that I needed a part-time job, then realised that I was uncomfortable with it and preferred a full-time job. Basically, I just take more time off, in my new company where I work it's possible. Regarding advice, just recently, allowed myself to go to a winter resort in Chamonix (to celebrate the new year with friends and ski there), very recommend a comfortable airport transfer from the Geneva. And I also advise not to think about work as much as possible, as you are doing machine building and writing in C++ as I think it would be meditation for you) |
